Lily’s Chocolate Paradise opened in October 2019, having taken over the former longstanding What’s For Dessert bakery. Previously employed as a legal assistant for three decades, Lily is immensely enjoying her new career as a chocolatier and spreading the chocolate love.
The chocolate business was borne out of Lily’s love for chocolate-covered Pretzels. Over the years her business grew to include such favorites as chocolate-covered Graham Crackers, Oreos, Pizzelles, Marshmallows, etc. Other items were eventually added to include chocolate-covered Mangos, Ginger Slices, Orange Peel Strips, Pineapple Slices, Gummy Bears, Fortune Cookies, Raspberry Jelly Rings, Twizzlers, Dark Chocolate Almonds and Cashews, Nonpareils, Coconut Clusters, Sea Salt Caramels, Almond Toffee, Sugar Free Chocolate Almond Bark and PB Cups, to name a few. Some chocolates even have their own fan club: Sea Salt Caramel Cashews, Giant Caramel/Cashew Turtles and Pistachio Bark Bars. Over 70 items are available for the chocolate lover.
